The main floor (middle floor) features a large lounge with TV, sofas, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and 2 balconies. There are also a welcoming twin bedroom and a family shower room on this floor. Stairs lead respectively up to the upper floor and down to the garden level. The upper floor, airy and spacious, comprises 2 bedrooms (one double with sea facing balcony and one twin), a family bathroom with bathtub and a sitting area with a sofa bed (for the 11th guest, if required). The lower floor, which also provides direct access to the gardens, features an additional, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting area, 2 bedrooms (one double, one with twin beds) and a family shower room. A utility room with washing machine and an outdoor gym are also available for the guests to enjoy. The interiors of Villa Karteros are particularly spacious and welcoming, traditionally furnished yet functional, ideal for large families or groups of friends.

The outdoor areas are truly stunning. With lawn, tall palm trees, scented flowers, shrubs and sea-views, they perfectly complement the spacious interiors of the villa. For the exclusive use of the guests, there is a large private pool measuring 6m x 13.5m (depth 1.4m), provided with comfortable sunbeds and shades.
