The room is was very clean upon arrival. Nice for just my sister and me for 5 days. Walking distance to Atlantic Avenue, Walgreens and Publix. We were happy with the short notice accommodations.

Studio was very clean and conveniently located but smaller than it looked in the pictures. Lacked some basic comforts like lamps beside the bed and comfy place to sit and read (faux leather sleep sofa was not at all comfortable for sitting/relaxing). Kitchen had all the basic necessities, but lacked outlets near the coffee maker so we had to move the coffee maker to the small dining counter. The outside of the building needed some cosmetic care - painting, etc. - and there was no real garden to speak of.
