The Jungle Retreat was outstanding for a long weekend near Wrigleyville! The location is great, the house is spacious and comfortable, and the the hosts did a great job of communicating before and during our stay.

The location was good for our family and we were able to walk to Wrigley field and use public transportation to get to the other sites we wanted to visit. We had excellent communication with the host and the size of the house was perfect for all of us. The only issue was the mattress in the room with the queen bed was not as comfortable as all of the other beds. The kitchens were well stocked and nicely decorated.

Wow, what a gem! I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful location. So much space to spread out, you could easily have two large families stay here. The bathrooms/tubs/showers are great, wonderful soaps. Kitchens are beautiful with large refrigerators. Our hosts were easy to communicate with, would respond quickly to questions. Great location, lots of food, churches, groceries in walking distance. A don't hesitate to book!

We travelled as two families for a long weekend in the city. We had 5 kids between the ages of 9 and 13 and the space was perfect for a group our size (9 people total). The kids had plenty of space to spread out and the game room in the basement was a huge bonus. We really enjoyed the decor and the location of the property was great. There’s nothing better than the Lakeview neighborhood- great shopping on Southport, awesome restaurants and a short walk to Wrigley or the brown line to get downtown. Off-street parking was a huge bonus. Moumita was awesome with communication before, during and after our stay. We had a great experience.
