The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Vehicle parking in Garage for 1 vehicle, in designated space. Overflow parking can be found in the adjacent covered lot underneath the parking lot for Fireside Market, or in the adjacent overflow parking spaces available at Hideaway Station. We loved this space! It was tastefully decorated and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was down one level and super convenient. We figured out that the building code also works the garage access after a quick and easy phone call with the property management company. The keypad on the door was a little finicky, especially with cold fingers, but we got the hang of it. Proximity to the bus stop and restaurants is hard to beat. Highly recommend this condo!

Bigger than we thought it would be, stocked with cooking essentials, lots of towels and beach towels for hot tub, amazing stay!

The apartment is not only well equipped and nicely decorated, but it is also very well located. A short drive from the slopes, just across the street from The Perk coffee shop for a quick coffee, across the street from the Fireside Market which can save you if you forgot anything, and walking distance from ski rental shops such as Epic Mountain Sports.
Other places we walked to were the bowling alley, Hernando's for pizza (really good!) and the Hideaway park for the kids to use the sledges.
The apartment itself has everything you might need as well. We just missed using the pool!

Brought the family out for some wonderful skiing. Our place is straight well equipped and plenty of room for our families would highly recommend staying here. It's a great location and only five minutes from Winter Park grocery store right across the parking lot and everything else within watching distance. Highly recommended.
