Birdsong – A Romantic Bushland Escape with Outdoor Hot Tub

Escape to Birdsong, a peaceful retreat nestled among Tasmania’s beautiful gum trees, just a short stroll from Sandpiper Beach. With an outdoor hot tub perfect for star bathing, stylish interiors and tranquil bushland surroundings, Birdsong is the ideal setting for a romantic couples getaway.

Tucked away in Coles Bay, this charming two-bedroom hideaway combines modern comfort and a touch of luxury. Playful pops of colour, light-filled living spaces and thoughtfully selected furnishings create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.

Step outside onto the sun-drenched deck, surrounded by native bushland and the peaceful sounds of birdsong. Spend your evenings soaking in the outdoor hot tub beneath Tasmania’s spectacular night sky, or cosy up around the fire pit, available from May to September.

With beautiful Sandpiper Beach within walking distance, enjoy leisurely strolls along the sand. The nearby golf club is just five minutes away, while Coles Bay village, cafés, restaurants featuring seasonal produce and the spectacular Freycinet National Park are all within a ten-minute drive.

Birdsong is also pet friendly, making it ideal for couples or friends seeking a peaceful escape. For larger groups, Birdsong shares a driveway with neighbouring three-bedroom property Gumleaf. Both homes offer privacy and can be booked together.

Please note: Birdsong is an adults-only retreat and is not suitable for children. Brief maintenance visits may occasionally be required to service the outdoor hot tub, with advance notice provided wherever possible.

Whether you're enjoying a romantic soak beneath the stars, exploring nearby beaches or simply unwinding among the gum trees, Birdsong offers the perfect setting to relax, reconnect and escape the everyday.
