Professionally managed by My Huatulco Vacation, Bocana Beach Condo C2 is complete with a private rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a splash in your private plunge pool or visit with friends and neighbors in the shared pool on the condo's lower shared level. Only steps to the beach (2-3 minute walk), along cobblestone streets, you can look forward to enjoying the many benefits available in this area.
Bocana has been an organically developing enclave in our destination where you will find surf schools, mud baths, beachside massage, oceanside restaurants and bars. Also take advantage of the wonderful Casa Bocana Restaurant and Bar located a few steps from your front door! The feelgood energy of this area will undoubtedly add to any vacation experience.
Step into the fully equipped kitchen complete with all the small and large appliances you need to enjoy the very best of Oaxacan cuisine! For added fun, you can walk down the street to Huatulco's favorite cooking school to expand your knowledge of local produce and cooking techniques to add to your chef's repertoire while visiting us. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• All bookings are quoted as a base rental rate + tax and include a $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 30% of the gross booking cost is due at the time of booking
• The remaining 70% is due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment is required for stays booked within 60 days of arrival)
• Funds paid are non-refundable. If required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days prior to arrival
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance
• For bookings made through some OTAs, including Airbnb & Marriott Homes & Villas, the full booking value is required at the time of booking, regardless of the arrival date

Beautiful condo with everything you could ever need to make your trip great. We especially loved the fact that they had portable beach chairs and umbrellas to use at any of the many nearby beaches. There wasn’t a cooler bag, so we purchased one and left for the next vacationers. Quiet location, within 2 minute walk from the beach. Would love to come back.

So many things to love about our stay. Perfect size for us with delightful neighbours. Being surrounded with nature, an outdoor rooftop deck and separate sitting area in the shade. Walking distance to the beach with several restaurants from local to upscale. Only negatives were uncomfortable bed and 15 minute taxi ride to amenities such as grocery stores. No ability to get large bottled water and only l cleaning in 3 weeks. Still can't figure out the stove, induction or electric or what? Also being charged for a late check out was disappointing. Maybe our fault but we assumed the same conditions would apply as our last year's vacation rental at a different property with My Huatulco Vacations, eg. one cleaning a week, and fresh water delivery. That being said, we still had a wonderful stay. If it sounds nit picking, just honest feedback and we would book through them again, just read the small print of which there is a lot.

I am 54 years old and that was the most pleasant experience I’ve had ever. I enjoyed it so much we are in the process of buying real estate in the area we stayed in. Only improvements I would make is to have a microwave but that just shows how lazy we were to cook. The condo was extremely pleasant and modern. I wish I could articulate our experience better.
