Villa in the heart of the charming village of Domino located in the town of Saint Georges d'Oléron, 5 minutes walk from the market, 10 minutes by bike from the large beach and in a preserved ecological setting, come and enjoy our spacious, quiet and bright house. Whatever the season, you will feel good there! Wifi, 1500m2 of land, fireplace (winter)
We designed our house, with classic Oléron architecture, in 2021, to spend weekends and holidays with family and friends and to one day settle there permanently. Its 130 m2 - divided into a large living room opening onto the terrace and the garden, 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms - allow these moments of sharing.
Our house can accommodate up to 6 people. It is totally open to the garden.

1 master suite (160cm bed) with shower room (single sink, shower and toilet) and French window overlooking the garden
1 double bedroom (160 cm bed) with direct access to the garden
1 bedroom with a 120cm bunk bed at the bottom and top of 1 90cm bed.

Living spaces:
In spring and summer, you can enjoy the shaded terrace facing the 1500 m2 of garden without vis-à-vis. In autumn and winter, underfloor heating and fireplace will bring all the comforts to your stay.
The terrace has a dining table and chairs, some sun loungers. Barbecue.
You can meet at the foot of the trees (hammock and garden furniture).
The house is decorated and equipped as we like to live.
The living room is spacious, open kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room.

The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, an induction hob, 1 sink, a classic coffee machine and a Nespresso, kettle, toaster. The cellar has a washing machine.
Baby: cot with mattress, high chair, changing mat, bathtub available.
Bed linen and towels are not included (if necessary: rental possible with our concierge)
Miscellaneous: wifi connection, parking space (2 cars: narrow but accessible path)
Ideal for a stay with family or friends. Non-smoking house. Parties not allowed. Pets not allowed.
The gardener regularly intervenes for the good stewardship of the exteriors.
Rates vary according to the season: Off-season basis 950 euros per week and High season 1,750 euros. The tourist tax is to be calculated at the time of booking, it is applicable throughout the year. A contribution is requested for the cleaning of 150 euros.
The amount of the security deposit is up to 1,000 euros.
A certificate of civil liability will be requested before your arrival.

Now living in Montreal, we only enjoy it 3 weeks a year.
