The 200 m² property features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 people. Outside, you can enjoy a private garden, covered terrace, and playground. Parking is free on the street. Pets are allowed for an additional fee (except cats). Smoking and events are not permitted. This area stands out for its rare connection between sea and lagoon, set in one of the best-preserved dune belts in Europe. Nearby, you can also discover Praia do Muranzel, almost deserted with a 10 km stretch, located in the Protected Forest of São Jacinto—a haven of tranquility.

The house was as pictured. The neighborhood is a little out of the way (between to tiny fishing towns). There are great local fresh seafood restaurants and pastry shops but you must drive everywhere from the house. The beach is huge and beautiful and a short drive from the house.
