In the heart of the southern Ardèche and a few kilometers from the Chauvet Cave, we will be happy to welcome you and share with you the calm and comfort of our 48m2 cottage, air-conditioned and landscaped on a wooded plot of 2500m2. Our cottage is a single-storey detached house which is located in a country hamlet 300m from the village and the Ardèche river. Swimming, canoeing, canyoning, hiking, caving, fishing, ... are on the program. To visit in the region: the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Caverne du Pont d'Arc, the Bois de Païolive, the Lake of Issarles, the Ray Pic Waterfall, the Devil's Bridge, etc... Not to mention the gourmet stops with local producers and picturesque towns or villages such as Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, Ruoms, Balazuc, Labeaume, Vogüé, Grospierres, Vinezac, etc.PGJyPg
The cottage consists of a fitted kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms (1 bed 160 X 200, 2 beds 90), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet, two terraces to enjoy two atmospheres and a large private garden (500 m2), shaded and totally enclosed. The property also has free private parking, a bowling green, a large barbecue area with dining area and a children's porch.
The property is secured by a gate with digicode.
Pets are allowed free of charge (only one pet per stay).
