Luxury villa of 220 m2 offering high-end comfort, situated on an overhanging plot of 1.5 ha with exceptional views of the classified village of Montclus.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children.

-a large heated swimming pool of 6X12m secure
-a tennis court
-A Norwegian bath
-2 independent suites (bathroom and wc), 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate wc, 1 baby bed and 2 child beds
-a beautiful fully equipped kitchen (NEFF)
-a veranda with panoramic view of the village and its surroundings
-an outdoor kitchen (sink, fridge, freezer)
-a terrace with view and barbecue
-a large living room including living room, dining room and library
-a wifi connection
-1 laundry room (washing machine and dryer)

We enjoyed our stay. House is very well equipped and homely. The kitchen was very good.
Excellent vista to Montclus.
Huge garden.
Recreation facilities very good.
Pool was a bit disappointing due to poor clarity but manager tried to resolve.

We had a good stay at the villa. Views overlooking the hills were nice. The tenniscourt was in top shape and the pool was nice and large as well. The villa itself was also good, clean and well equipped.
