Located across the road (50m) from Callala beach, known for its pure white sand and crystal clear waters.Enjoy the spectacular 180 degree water views from almost every room of the 2 level luxury penthouse. Sit and watch the dolphins swim by from the top level private balcony of the master bedroom suite, with a luxury ensuite and spa bath with ocean views. The first level includes an open plan living, dining and fully equiped kitchen. Enjoy eating or entertaining on the sunny wrap around balconies feeling the ocean breeze. The balcony is adjoining the living and kitchen, complimented with glass bifold doors to take advantage of the ocean views. The first level also has a laundry, 2 bathrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms with access to balconies.Underground secure parking is available for 2 vehicles as well visitor parking.
The apartment complex is located next to a park with playground facilities, as well at the local take away shop for your convenience. Beautiful apartment and stunning views. Easy to contact owner. The only downside was the inaccesible garrage, but there is plenty of parking on the street. Quiet area.

The apartment is specious and clean, well equipped for all your holiday needs
Just note that 2 bedrooms have bunk beds
