Beautiful area with good proximity to West Yellowstone and Big Sky! House offered 3 nearly identical bedrooms, which Is always perfect when traveling with 3 couples. House offers great views out the front, which would be even better If the windows were a bit cleaner. The kitchen was sufficiently appointed, but the refrigerator was a bit inconsistent. Overall “touch surfaces” were clean, but a deeper cleaning would help. Scarce coffee cups and we couldn’t find a wine glass, but the owner reached out to apologize after we had moved on. Overall, I’d still recommend the property for a stay!!

Excellent property in Island Park. Easy access in and out to Yellowstone. Recommend short trip south to Max’s Inn and Big Springs.

Very clean and comfortable and nicely stocked (except would have liked a small box of Kleenex in the bathroom).Only issue was that a gas BBQ was advertised but when we got there the tank was empty and we were told propane was not included and we would have to go get our own. Maybe an honesty box to put cash for use and keep the tank full?? Also, the property is right on the highway so the noise level made it difficult to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery. A back deck would be wonderful…

This house lacks a some for the cost, the house sits very close to a nosey road. The front doors and windows have no blinds. Sheets are flannel, uncomfortable and hot. I’d not recommend this place.
