A well appointed 1 bedroom condo in the middle of everything that Sea Isle has to offer. Private parking, free beach tags, eat-in kitchen with full-sized fridge, and a balcony over looking Landis Avenue are just a few perks you'll enjoy when booking a stay with us. We are walking distance to the Promenade, retail stores, restaurants and bars, and of course.. the Beach! The condo association requires occupants to be over 25 years of age. (Please note: we do NOT provide bed sheets/pillow cases, bath or beach towels.)

The location is perfect. We never moved our car once we got there. It's right down town so the people watching is great! Would stay here again.

The location was spectacular but I’m not sure I would use the word “clean” to describe the place. The bathroom was pretty dirty upon arrival and the couch had tons of dirt and debris on it. It might be a good idea for the host to monitor the cleaning crew at some point to make sure they are still doing the job they expect them to do.
