Being on the west side of downtown Traverse City, it's quick and easy to do the M-22 drive and head to the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, enjoy outdoor music and food at the Lake Ann Brewery, or visit Suttons Bay, Fishtown (Leland), or any of the numerous wineries, breweries, distilleries, and amazing restaurants in the area. While at home, enjoy the gorgeous kitchen, sink into the sectional sofa, or enjoy a cocktail on the deck. Great food, great shopping, and fun entertainment!

The condo is one of two above one of the biggest party stores in Traverse City, West Side Beverage, featuring a huge assortment of libations. Note that it is a second-floor walk-up unit.
