Experience hometown living in this one bedroom & one bath apartment with a/c and full kitchen. Walking distance to Univ. Politécnica, Pavía Hosp, Hato Rey Station of Tren Urbano, CVS, coffee shops and Ponce de León Ave. The building has solar panels which makes this listing a great choice all year round and specially during this hurricane season.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was safe, clean, and exactly as described. Elizabeth was incredibly helpful throughout our trip and made everything easy for us. The location was perfect and made getting around very convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great location with an excellent host. This is as close to a fully equipped living situation that you can get without having to rent an entire house, with battery-backed solar, fiber optic and water cisterns. The apartment itself is cozy and easy to keep at a comfortable temperature. Accessible to the train, walkable to amenities, and driving distance to the mall and the beach. I can't wait to stay here again.
