Other things to note
Please be aware that our historic building is currently undergoing renovation. While we strive to ensure your comfort, you may notice ongoing work in certain areas.

Original features like lobby tiles have been preserved, but as remodeling is still in progress, some elements both inside and outside may not appear completely finished.

Hey there, awesome guests!

First off, a huge thank you for your understanding and patience as we put the finishing touches on our one-of-a-kind space to make it even better for you. We’re all about those good vibes!

Now, a couple of quick things to keep in mind:

Since cannabis is totally legal here in Michigan, you might catch a whiff of it from neighboring apartments now and then. It’s out of our hands, but we promise it’s nothing too wild!

We want you to have the BEST time here, but we also ask that you treat the space (and your fellow tenants) with respect. Think of it like this: be cool, and the universe will be cool back.

A few quick rules to keep things smooth:

No parties (we’re all about chill vibes, not wild nights).

No extra overnight guests (just the crew you booked for, please!).

No smoking inside the apartment or on the grounds (fresh air only, folks!).

Thanks for being amazing—let’s make this stay unforgettable (in the best way)!
