When you enter our loft apartment, after putting your things down and hanging them up in the hallway, you’ll immediately step into the cozy living and dining area.

The living area invites you to relax on the cozy couch, which can be folded out into an extra bed if needed.

Adjacent to it is a fully equipped kitchen where you’ll find everything you need for cooking

The kitchen features a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, toaster, stove, and oven. Of course, there’s also plenty of dishes, silverware, and high-quality cooking utensils. The dining table seats 3 people, and a high chair is also available.


Start your day with a delicious espresso or a cup of tea. In the evening, entertainment is taken care of in your apartment—we’ve included a 43-inch (1.09 m) QLED Smart TV with free MAGENTA TV, so you’ll have plenty of options for your evening viewing.


When you walk up the gallery staircase, you’ll find a modern, stylish sleeping area with a 180x200 king-size bed and plenty of pillows. Of course, there are also convenient charging ports for your phone right next to the bed. The sleeping area also features an open-style closet, a reading nook, and a portable air conditioner. When work calls, you can sit down at the desk, where there are plenty of ports for your laptop, phone, and other devices. We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi so you can get your work done efficiently.


The modern bathroom features a glass shower, a heated towel rack, and a sink with a lighted mirror. Here, too, you’ll find everything you’d expect at home: hair dryer, towels, shower gel, and shampoo. If you need to do laundry, a washer-dryer is available free of charge—it can wash and dry your clothes at the same time, and color and white laundry tabs are included. You can also iron your clothes.

Once there, you’ll find yourself right in the heart of Zwickau’s historic old town. Here you’ll find numerous restaurants, cafes, and shopping options.

The cathedral with its rectories, the Robert Schumann House, and the theater are just a stone’s throw away. The famous August Horch Museum is just under a 6-minute drive away. If you’d like to use public transportation, trams and buses are available.?
