**29 day minimum rental, $3000-$6000/month depending on season. Is available starting June 25th!**No traffic, 8,000 ft. elevation. Recently upgraded. 65in 4k TV, AppleTV, new Soundbar, Starlink, couches, and bunkbeds. Nestled high up in the mountains overlooking the lake with access to everything. Pool and hot tub 100 yards away!
The Lakeview condo has it all. Amazing Views of Lake Tahoe to the West and Eastern Views of the Carson Valley and the Nevada Desert. You're only 4 miles from the South Lake Tahoe casinos but a world away from the flat and boring lots on the California side. You can ski out and down to the Boulder lift and lodge at Heavenly from the front door. Or the Stagecoach express ski lift is 300 yards away. In the Summer time step out the front door and you're on the world famous Tahoe Rim Trail. No need to drive anyplace. The pool and hot tub are 100 yards from the condo, and you can see it from the window. The famous Fox and Hound bar and grill is 500 yards away as well as the ski rental shop.

We had a terrific time here. Beautiful location near the ski bus stop, with a nice view of the lake. Warm and cozy living room with comfortable seating, a big TV, and a real fireplace. We cooked many meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The fast internet made our working vacation a dream. Even our dog had a great time, as we met friendly neighbors and their dogs on walks. At the end of our stay, we were all sad to leave. Great host and a great place.

This was a perfect place for me I rented for a total of 30 days I was not there the full 30 days I would come in and out as the snow would arrive two bedrooms with the loft upstairs the bathroom I mainly stayed downstairs and was comfortable great location right on ski bus route easy and easy out

We had a great stay at this condo. The location is ideal no matter what time of the year you stay there. There is a great view of the lake and there is everything that you need within a couple miles. It's great.
