200 8th St. South is in the perfect Location in Brigantine. A heated in-ground pool with LED lighting and all new landscaping. There are 7 bedrooms to accommodate extended families or multiple families with children. Only 1 block to beach access. Huge driveway plus plenty of free on street parking. Easily walkable to shops, and restaurants. 4 first floor bedrooms and two and half first floor bathrooms for anyone uncomfortable with stairs. 2 spacious master suites bedrooms with bathrooms on second floor.
All bath towels, linens, and bedding are included. Just bring your beach towels. We also provide a propane grill with propane included, numerous beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach blanket, toys, and beach passes (only needed from mid-June to Labor)
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT. PLEASE NO HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE PARTIES. SORRY, NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.
****POOL IS OPEN FROM MAY THROUGH EARLY OCTOBER AND CLOSED FOR THE WINTER**** ALL POOL EQUIPMENT IS MONITORED AND LOCKED, NOT TO BE ALTERED OR PLAYED WITH IN ANY WAY.
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday through summer.

This home was spectacular! Beyond anything pictures can convey. Amenities, location, accessibility and communication were superb! My multigenerational family found a home to comfortably accommodate us all together. Indelible memories have been made with hopes of more to come in the future. We are all very grateful for this opportunity.

Our stay was fantastic, 2 blocks to the beach. House had everything we needed, from baby equipment to beach toys, and even a large wagon. The private pool was icing on the cake.

Great place for groups. Excellent communication with management team. Easy walk to beach. We allEnjoyed the vast collection of board games. 10/10!
