Very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was easy and they got back to us right away. The house is in a great location!

Beautiful home and perfect location!

Cute, clean house with room for all of us. Loved our stay. The hot tub could use a little cleaning though.

The first issue was we were in Seabrook (almost 5pm) and never received a check in code for the door so had to call the property manager to get in! It was supposed to have been sent the day before our arrival.....? Property manager was very responsive and we did get into house as soon as we contacted her. Kitchen seemed lacking in cookware, only 1 mixing bowl could be found. Lots of glassware for drinkers, but lacking in basics for meal cooking; we had to wash pans, cookie sheet, even coffee maker as they were dirty! Horrible coffee maker; kitchen oven took almost an hour to PREHEAT; needs to be replaced. Also, there was a brand new outdoors BBQ but it was left down by the street. And while the Prop Mgr. let us know and later 2 men came by to move the BBQ up near kitchen door, they did not bother to hook it up to the propane, so it was useless. Some Lights in house were not working, fans in bathrooms not working; overall the home seemed somewhat old and neglected. We have rented multiple homes in Seabrook but this one was not one we will look to rent again.
