Sick of villas that look “luxury” online but feel cramped, outdated, or exposed once you arrive?
This brand-new designer villa in Labin is built for guests who want real space, real privacy, and a setting that works just as well for families as it does for groups of friends.

Set in a quiet residential area, you won’t deal with tourist noise, traffic, or crowded surroundings—yet you’re still minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. The beaches of Rabac are just 15 minutes away, and Labin’s charming old town is close enough for spontaneous evening strolls.

This is a villa designed to eliminate compromises.
Across two full levels, up to 8 guests enjoy 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an additional guest WC—so no one waits, no one shares more than they want to, and everyone has room to breathe.
