This vacation rental for 2 people is located on the first floor of a small building in the Upper Town. The cottage is situated on a small cul-de-sac about 50 meters from the street. As a result, the apartment is quiet and relaxing despite its central location.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard and offers internet access. The materials used are environmentally friendly and suitable for people with allergies.

The kitchen-living room has a beautiful old wooden floor and is equipped with a functional new kitchenette. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a 2-burner stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, an egg cooker, and a toaster. The flat-screen TV is also located here in the kitchen, across from the dining area.

The allergy-friendly carpet in the bedroom keeps your feet warm, and the modern double bed (1.60 wide) is equipped with high-quality mattresses. The moisture-regulating tuff stone walls promote healthy sleep, and the windows are fitted with blackout blinds.

The bedroom leads directly into the bathroom, which is spacious and features a large shower, sink, and toilet. Towels are, of course, provided free of charge for our guests.

You also have access to the main house (No. 17) and thus to the shared laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, a place to hang your laundry to dry, and an ironing station.

If you bring bicycles, you can store them securely and dry in the main house.

In front of the building is a small patio with a seating area for our guests. Here you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast or wind down the day with a drink.

You’ll be staying along the beautiful Stadtbach stream, in a very central yet quiet location. Within a 300-meter radius, you’ll find a bakery, a fruit shop, a butcher shop, and a very good restaurant. This ensures a delicious, fresh breakfast, as well as a cozy way to end the evening in the beer garden just around the corner.

Just 300 meters away, you’ll find the pedestrian zone of Weilheim’s beautiful old town, where you’ll discover not only many shops but also numerous restaurants and cafés, the local history museum, and the city church, which is well worth a visit.

Weilheim is located in the heart of the Pfaffenwinkel region, home to many famous sights, numerous lakes, and plenty of hiking and sports opportunities.
