BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: Parking Passes Must be Purchased After Booking-1st Spot Guaranteed-2nd Spot Subject to Availability at Time of Arrival. Link to Purchase is Sent After Booking ($50 each.)
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Condo was exactly what was listed on VRBO. Parking was the only issue since we needed 3 parking spaces. There was empty spaces every day & night so I don’t understand why we couldn’t pay for a third. Several people with Beachball Properties tried to help us but said it was an HOA rule.

this beach rental was good overall, but our mattress was completely stained in one room and the master mattress was flipped upside down. the check in process was very overwhelming. i had to call the property multiple times and they did not give us exact details, comes to find out all we had to do was put the code into the door.. but on the phone they said we had to go down to a completely different building. the parking was insane at first and in order to get parking for our second vehicle we had to get a parking warning put onto our second vehicle because there was no way to add another vehicle on the website. the condo was clean and a great stay other than the check in process. The door would also not lock the whole time.. and the door stopper kept on falling down (we had to tape it up) when we used the inside bolt latch lock we would be stuck inside the building. The guest bedroom door did not lock as well.

We stayed here over Fall break this year. The condo was as pictured. Our overall stay was positive. There are a few things that I wasn't too impressed with. The first issue was that the front main entry door was very hard to close. You had to lift and push hard for it to fully close. Many times it would just swing right back open. Eventually we figured out how to get it closed each time. We did email the company about this and they stated that they would look into this. We noticed an old dusty smell as soon as we entered the unit. The smell was present in the entry way, in both bedrooms in the entry side of the unit, and all closets within the entire unit. The kitchen, living room, master bedroom and bathroom did not smell, but their closets did. The drain hole on the balcony seemed to be having issues. More than half of the balcony stayed flooded. We couldn't use the master balcony door without platform shoes. We could use to the living room balcony door but we had to stay at the table. The last full day that we were there we woke up to no water at all. I emailed the company about this and they had this fixed in a timely manner. We were also given two parking violations by the person running the front desk of the condo. It was stated that there was no visible parking pass but there was. That person was only present in the evenings long enough to hand out violations. He was not there during the day for the matter to be discussed. The indoor pool had a total of two chairs within the entire area for parents to sit and watch kids. It also felt very unclean in this area. The stay was overall ok but we will choose a different condo next time.

Walking distance to shopping and dining. Parking spaces are limited, otherwise great place to stay.
