Enjoy beautiful casual elegance at The Penthouse at the Beach! Private Elevator to Penthouse Level. No stair climbing to enjoy incredible views of both ocean and canal. Huge Rooms plus screened-in porch.Everything all on one level, with 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths, sleeping 8 comfortably.
2 Bedrooms with Queen Beds! 3rd Bedroom has Bunk bed with full bed on bottom, twin bed on top!
Easy access to beach (1 block) close walks to restaurants and boardwalk. Linens/towels provided, Washer/Dryer. Free WIFI. Perfect Getaway!! (Just bring your swimsuits!) You will love it here! No Pets, No Smoking, and No Parties.
This is a beautiful place to stay at the beach! This top floor Penthouse has gorgeous views from almost every room and easy keyless access. The private elevator allows easy unloading and unpacking., ample parking for 4 vehicles; 2 Guest Rooms have private doors to private deck overlooking the beach or relax on the screened in porch to enjoy beautiful sunsets over the canal. Spacious living room with Roku smart TV. (So dont forget your Netflix/Hulu/Prime passwords). The kitchen is well equipped with a bar seating for 4 plus kitchen bistro set. Beautiful separate dining room is set for 6. Two additional folding chairs provided in closet. Two Bedrooms have walk in closets; third bedroom has double closet. All bedrooms have luggage stands. Linens and Towels provided.
Enjoy all Carolina Beach has to offer, including free movie night at the Carolina Beach Lake Park on Sunday nights all summer; fireworks on Thursday nights(Summer), World Famous Britt's donuts, and the best restaurants including Michaels' Seafood Restaurant, Havana's, Deck House, Shuck'em Shack, and Nikki's Sushi. Boardwalk provides fun people watching, with several watering holes, arcade, carnival, and more in the summer months!! Farmer's Market every Saturday around the Lake! Storage shed has 6 beach chairs, beach bike, beach toys, etc. Outdoor water stand for rinsing sand off. Special info will be given for operation of the elevator, as well as key codes will be given after booking. You will enjoy this beautiful setting.

Spacious and clean beach getaway! We had a family of 5 and there was more than enough space for everyone. We loved that we could walk to majority of the restaurants and the boardwalk, it took maybe 10 minutes with kids who walk slower. If you're there on a Thursday this is a great house to sit on the deck and enjoy the firework show. Just a note that the path to the beach does have some small steps, so if you have a wagon there is not a ramp at this entrance. Overall, this was a very relaxing place to stay. Great views of the ocean and the boats on the other side of the house. Some street noise at night, but not as much as I expected being closer to the boardwalk. The hosts also do a good job of explaining how to use the elevator.

Location is perfect! Home was clean and well stocked. Host was easy to reach for questions. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Penthouse. Meghan was very friendly and we only had one problem while we were there and she responded right away and took care of the problem (a lose hurricane shutter).One area of improvement would be for nicer pots and pans and cooking utensils in the kitchen. All in all though it was a lovely place and the views of the ocean were great!!

Great location, walking distance to anything you need. I would call the middle room without balcony access the master. If kids stay in the 2 guests rooms they access the balcony/exit, not a closed in balcony. It worked for us but I’m sure some would prefer a different setup.
