Experience relaxed coastal living at this 14th-floor Gulf-view condominium at Sunrise Beach Resort, ideally located on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach. With private beach access, resort amenities, and walkable attractions, this residence offers both comfort and convenience.
The thoughtfully designed interior includes a spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa, Roku Smart TV, and direct access to the Gulf-view balcony. From here, enjoy panoramic views of the coastline and the soothing sound of waves below.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, ocean views, and a private ensuite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower. A built-in twin-over-twin bunk area near the second bathroom provides additional sleeping space and includes its own Roku TV. Guests enjoy full, private access to the unit throughout their stay.
Resort features at Sunrise Beach:
-Two expansive Gulf-front pools (one heated year-round)
-Two hot tubs overlooking the beach
-Children's splash fountain and pool deck water features
-Fully equipped fitness center
-Game room, clubhouse & beachside showers
Situated steps from restaurants and attractions and just 1.1 miles from Pier Park, guests can easily explore Gulf World Marine Park, mini-golf, waterparks, and some of the area's best dining — all while enjoying a quieter, family-friendly beachfront setting.
- Parking: On-site garage parking is available for $50 per vehicle (not included in the rental price). Guests are responsible for payment. Limit 2 spaces per unit. Pre-registration link will be sent 3 days prior to check-in date.
- Wristbands: Required for access to resort amenities and available from the concierge for $5 each.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.

The ice maker is not working properly. There is ice but it will not come out and there is no water connected to fridge. The balcony furniture was extremely uncomfortable. Maybe some cushions would help or upgrade balcony chairs. Two plastic ones feel were not sturdy and metal ones were not comfortable at all. The very outdated carpet made condo have an odor. It was a decent rental but would not rent again. Every condo we have ever stayed at usually has some seasonings such as salt and pepper and some beach items but there is absolutely nothing there. For a quick get away it was ok. Just have paid less for nicer.

The check in process was very hectic at first. There was a lot of miscommunication between the staff and the check in process. The host did reach out and apologize. He also came by and ensured everything was okay. Overall, the stay was great. Pool access and right on the beach. The view was breathtaking. Would book again!
