My week started a bit rocky as my room wasn't ready at check -in time as the front said (who, btw, never asked to see photo ID), but asst mgr Michael was so nice & supportive & the over worked cleaning staff so appologetic because of a very dirty prior guest. After that, no issues.This is an older hotel with thick walls - I didn't hear neighbors at all. And the unobstructed view from the 10th deck - wow! To make it more fun, there's a chill gay bar on the 2nd floor (everyone welcome). I would defintely stay here again.
