Villa with garden, five minutes from the beach
Villa Stella is a perfect villa for all those looking for:
- intimacy, as it is surrounded by extensive vegetation that does not allow you to be exposed to the passage of machines or people;
- to be able to go to the sea on foot, as there is a passage (where there are ladders) that allows you to reach it in a couple of minutes, or in 5 minutes passing from the street (if you have strollers);
- a garden;
-Wide outdoor spaces, which will surely appeal to the little ones to spend their free time;
- a large veranda well ventilated depending on the day but still for most of the time well sheltered by the sun, which surrounds the whole house, equipped with a table for lunch or dinner and outdoor furniture to relax or chat together;
- a quiet area, as the accommodation being located in a street that is not main is not located in a very busy area, supermarkets and restaurants can still be reached in 5 minutes if you take the car;
- a cool house, despite the presence of only one air conditioner (12,000 BTU daikin) positioned in the room that gives on the rooms, being a house that is not exposed to the sun all day, being sheltered by a lot of vegetation allows you to always have cool environments;
-Barbecue, Sardinian oven, outdoor shower, two kitchens.
