// THE LAYOUT //

This is a three-level townhome designed for groups of 10.
--> 3 bedrooms upstairs
--> 2 bedrooms downstairs
--> Open concept main level for gathering, meals, and downtime

All five bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, clean design, and thoughtful extras including makeup towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, a mirror in every bedroom, and a clothes steamer—because details matter when you’re traveling with a group.

// THREE BATHROOMS //

You’ll find three bathrooms throughout the home:
--> ¾ bath upper level
--> Full bath lower level
--> Half bath on the main level

Two bathrooms feature sleek tile shower backsplashes and modern finishes. The upstairs primary shower has a clear glass door that keeps the space feeling open, bright, and uncluttered.

// KITCHEN + DINING //

The heart of the home is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook, gather, or simply keep everyone fed:

--> Pots, pans, plates, glasses, and utensils
--> Coffee maker + single-serve Keurig
--> Coffee, sugar, and creamer provided

Whether it’s breakfast before heading to campus or a late-night snack after the game, this space works.

// LIVING SPACE //

The open-concept living room is designed for connection. Relax, stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV using your personal accounts, or break out the board games.

Conversations flow easily between the kitchen, dining area, and living space—which is exactly how group trips should feel. Relax or play board games and question why you married your spouse because they aren't satisfying your level of game play.

// OUTDOOR SPACE //

Enjoy the backyard green space, perfect for grilling steaks, relaxing outside, or getting competitive over a game of cornhole. (Yes—custom, American-made solid boards for the serious players.)

The entire townhome is yours, including the backyard—ideal for spring, summer, and fall. Winter hangs are optional, but we admire the commitment.

// SAFE + SECURE //

--> Smart lock with a UNIQUE CODE for your stay
--> Home alarm system
--> Outdoor security cameras at the front and back of the property

You’ll have privacy, peace of mind, and a smooth check-in experience.

// LOCATION //

Only minutes from the University of Notre Dame:

--> Walk to campus for football games or campus visits
--> Close to restaurants, cafes, and shops
--> About 5 minutes to the Century Center Convention Center
--> Easy access to the scenic Riverwalk for downtime

// NEIGHBORHOOD NOTES //

Most guests find the central location well worth it—and love being close to everything South Bend has to offer.

// GOOD TO KNOW //
