Located in the "Gold Coast" area of Sea Pines at the exclusive gated Turtle Lane complex which offers 2 onsite pools and the most beautiful stretch of beach on the Island.
The living and dining area have a beachy elegance that truly invite you to relax and enjoy! Breakfast, lunch or dinner in the eat in- kitchen is like picnicking on the beach. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Spacious, comfortable and appointed with a beachy vibe, these lovely rooms are shore to lull you to sleep. The exclusive location of this villa makes it an island dream vacation.
8/5/2026 As of 9/15/2026 there will be a major construction project at Turtle Lane for Sea House East and Sea House West that will involve scaffolding on both buildings to do repair and replacement of balconies, doors and windows. The project is expected to take six months to complete. During the project the units will not be available to rent and there will be construction noise and crews.

Property was very clean, organized, updated and feet away of having your toes dug in the sand! Definitely will rent again and recommend.

We have been visiting Hilton Head for 15 years, and this property is by far our favorite. The house was super clean, and the kitchen had all the stuff we needed because we like to cook at home. Walk out access to the beach is perfect for our family. No need to pack up everything. Kids could pop back in for snacks or cool down. We could enjoy a view of the beach from the patio. We loved our stay!

The location and view of this condo was excellent. Very convenient to the beach. Layout of the condo was great and it was fairly well appointed. Could have used more kitchen items such as hot pads and dis towels but otherwise okay. The cleanliness was lacking as we filled two vacuum canisters with dirt, sand and hair from the floors and HVAC vents. Once properly cleaned by my wife and I it was great.
