The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults
- 3 bedrooms
- 3.5 bathrooms
- 2 parking spaces available in the driveway
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ Keurig coffee maker
- Living room w/ gorgeous ocean views
Note:
- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).
- NO PETS
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house. However, the deck is under construction between guest stays, so the sliding glass doors in the living room cannot be opened right now for guest safety. Some closets and cabinets are locked for cleaner's storage and owner use.

Situated along the scenic Pacific Coast Highway, it offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and is known for its rugged coastline and picturesque beaches. The Fitzgerald Marine Reserve, a popular attraction in Moss Beach, provides tide pools where visitors can explore diverse marine life. The area is also famous for the Moss Beach Distillery, a historic restaurant with a colorful past and breathtaking oceanfront views. Moss Beach combines natural beauty with a relaxed coastal atmosphere, making it a favorite destination for both locals and visitors seeking a tranquil seaside experience.
This is a very quiet, family neighborhood. It is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.
Getting Around:
- Moss Beach (5 minute walk)
- Moss Beach Distillery (2 minute walk)
- Fitzgerald Marine Reserve (10 minute drive)
- Moss Beach Distillery Trail (10 minute drive)
- Half Moon Bay (15 minute drive)
- San Francisco (30-45 minute drive)
- Nearest grocery store (10-15 minute drive)
Other Things to Note:
- For guest safety, the sliding glass doors in the living room remain closed, as there is no deck or backyard space for guest use. Luckily, the beautiful beach is just a few minutes away, offering a perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors!
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.

This home was such a treat to stay at. It is very nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and bedding, more than adequate seating, fluffy towels, and pleasant bath supplies. The well-equipped kitchen made meals easy to prepare (the only thing missing is a pie plate!), though the "distillery" next door turns out to be a fine restaurant with great food and service. The windows are fantastic, with the views of the sea and sky, fog, birds, and forests unimpeded. Though only the bath and bedroom windows open, you can still fall asleep to the sound of the ocean.When the planned patio described in the listing is completed, the home will be even more delightful.

Amazing views. Near many local areas. Lots of trails by the ocean. House is well equipped and has a very nice decor. Will definitely stay again.
