Newly remodeled and conveniently located, this 556 sq. ft. 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom condo villa offers privacy and modern comfort set in the heart of popular Kihei Town! Very short walk to Charley Young Beach and Cove Park!
The Space:
This unit sleeps 2 guests on the comfortable king bed with built in wardrobe cabinetry and individual silent A/C units. Designed to feel like a second home, this condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with a walk-in shower, high speed wifi, a washer & dryer in unit, and parking conveniently located next to the condo front door.
Experience a contemporary design enhanced by the solid surface counter tops and island. Custom cabinetry houses all the essentials needed for cooking and relaxing while at the condo. The sofa and sitting chairs provide an indoor place to enjoy yourself between outdoor activities!
Conveniently supplied with all your travel-related “extra” needs such as a steamer, gas stove, DeLonghi Espresso Machine, Drip Coffee maker, Tupperware, wine glasses, dishwasher soap capsules, and beach towels. Basics such as bath towels, linens, kitchen rags, a set of travel size shampoo and soap, dish soap, salt, pepper, and olive oil are provided as well.

This unit is located at Kihei Villa complex on S. Kihei Rd.
Guests have exclusive use of the unit, including a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area.
The Neighborhood:
Restaurants, shops, nightlife, cafes, farmer’s markets, and Kalama Park are within a 5–10-minute walk.
Getting Around:
For the active and adventurous traveler, our prime location offers easy access to sunbathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking and whale watching. Also, a golfers' paradise with nearby world class golf clubs less than 10 minutes away in Wailea and Makena.
Other Things to Note:
Guests have access to our complimentary private Concierge service for assistance with arranging group activities such as luau's, whale watching, and snorkel boat tours, and pre-arrival grocery service.

This has been a great experience, the condo is in great shape, the kitchen is perfect and has everything you need, the bedroom is clean and the bed was in good condition.Access to the beach is about a 2-3 minute walk.I would stay again if we come back to Maui!

The location was perfect. Kihei is beautiful with several beaches walking distance. Shops and restaurants also walking distance. Condo was fully renovated with laundry and beach chairs and beach mat. New appliances and fully stocked kitchen with utensils and cutlery. Bathroom is nice and clean and newly renovated with modern touches. Would pay a lot more somewhere else for the same finishings and decor. Property manager was very easy to communicate with and responsive and check in process super easy. Highly recommend.
