Mid-century modern home with private pond in an exclusive neighborhood. Central AC and heat. Set on a spacious 0.7-acre lot. Just one hour from NYC by train or car (Rowayton & South Norwalk stations). Enjoy birdwatching and duck sightings from the large deck overlooking the pond. Peaceful cul-de-sac. Pet-friendly. Private office on the first floor plus a workstation in the main suite. Main bathroom features electronic shower and heated floors. Fully equipped kitchen.

The space
The second floor has a large master bedroom, just renovated few months ago. It has a king bed, Japanese toilet, electronic showers and a tropical garden. The first floor has a second bedroom and a private office.

10/10 experience - I did not want to leave! Everything was perfect; the space was beautiful and peaceful, communicating with the owners was prompt and friendly, and the surrounding area was lovely. I cannot recommend this house enough. I will be back!

The property was comfortable and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable as well. The location is nice, and the neighborhood was quiet and private. The host responded with any questions and concerns in a timely fashion.

Great neighborhood,very responsive host and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again
