We rented Peter’s house and the guest house for 2 weeks for a 2 family, 3 generation reunion. There were 24 of us ages 2-74 and it was perfect. The location is unmatched- surrounded by water and every bedroom has a water view . Steps to a cute little beach and a few more steps to a larger one both with clean water and swim able though bring water shoes. The bedrooms are decent sizes with comfy beds and there are lots of bathrooms. The downstairs has 2 large rooms with TVs so we could watch the World Cup while the little kids watched movies at night. The kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor space, especially the wooden gazebo which is a great shady spot, were where we had coffee in the morning and happy hour in the evening. Plenty of lawn for the kids. We were there for the 4th of July and literally had a 360 view of fireworks . It was magical. Peter is a very responsive host. Very accommodating and didnt make me feel like any of my requests were unreasonable. He responded almost instantly. This is a very special property ( I almost don’t want anyone else to know about it honestly) and it was perfect for our crew. The neighborhood is great for walking and houses are well maintained. It is right along a walking path and next to a clamming site which just means that for part of the summer when it’s Yarmouth’s clamming allotment, that Sunday mornings included lots of people in the water harvesting dinner! We can’t wait to return.

This home is absolutely perfect for large groups. An expansive setting with the most beautiful quintessential Cape backdrop of Lewis Bay. I organized a yoga retreat for 21 guests and 4 teachers. There is enough room to spread out and at the same time great spaces for gathering. The house has so much charm and is a wonderful blend of old and new- the owner has done a great job maintaining the home: comfortable mattresses, great sheets, a fully loaded kitchen. We hired a chef for several meals and she had no problem navigating the kitchen and preparing our meals. Guests enjoyed leisurely walks around the neighborhood, the close proximity to the Cape Cod Rail trail hanging out under the pergola and sunning at the beach. We brought kayaks and paddle boards- Lewis Bay is a great place for water activities- plenty of sites to see and places to explore. One of the highlights, as we practiced our yoga under the tent- which the host graciously allowed us to set up for the weekend, were the seals playing around in the ocean. We gathered by the fire pit at night and spent time on the beach just a stones throw away. The whole weekend was perfect, my guests asked if we could book another retreat for next year. If you are a yoga or wellness teacher - book this space and hire the Sea Salt Chef for your organic farm to table meals. We are all leaving very relaxed!

Beautiful location. Owner was very responsive. Home is in need of repair. Hot tub did not work our entire stay. Oven worked for 3 days. On three different occasions windows came out and rain came in. Guest house AC does not work and in need of electrical work. Considering what I paid I was not pleased. This was my 15th annual vacation with my family. For 31,000 I expected more than location. Owner advised me that they were going to.be replacing windows and siding. I just expected more.
