We are located right in the center of Cancun, 3 blocks from the most iconic shopping center in the city: Plaza Las Americas and Malecón Cancún, where you will also find a Chedraui supermarket; 5 blocks from Mercado 28 and Las Palapas park. Around the corner you will find a 24 hr grocery store, and restaurants for all tastes, so you do not have to go far to get everything you need.

Amazing studio, close to everything you need and not too far from the beaches, clubs and restaurants.The host is a no fuss, fast, reliable and attentive guy that will accommodate every reasonable request in a jiffy.The surprisingly quiet location ensures a restful night, complemented by a high-quality mattress.Good value for the money.

The room was clean, spacious, and in a convenient location. The king size bed was very comfortable. The host was very helpful and quick to respond.

I was here for about one months and everything was perfect. The host is very responsive and the location is close to everything. There is a Walmart and Chadrui in walking distance. Many restaurants, coffee shops and mall. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen stuff are good enough. It has everything that I needed. I will be back here again.
