This rental features some unique updates that many others simply do not have. As of May 2022, this unit has been nicely updated. Those updates include the following: new paint on all walls, new flooring, new curtains, new beds and frames, new dresser and nightstand, new kitchen table and chairs, beautiful accents and wall decor, and more. These tasteful touches definitely make this condo feel like a home away from home!



This rental features a full kitchen with a full size fridge and freezer, stove and oven, a microwave, kitchen sink, coffee maker, toaster, and plentiful cabinet space. Everything you need to cook up a meal or prepare a small snack will be easy to do right from the room! We provide cookware, utensils, glassware, and all basic cooking necessities for the kitchen. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area.



Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.



While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.



While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our rates reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
