Upstairs, discover the second master suite, complete with a queen-sized bed, a 50” Smart TV, and a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo – a personal sanctuary after a day of adventure. Two additional bedrooms on this level feature a queen-sized bed and two twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or friends. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower and note that the top bunks are suitable for guests under 150 lbs. For your convenience, the home includes a LAUNDRY ROOM equipped with a full-sized high-capacity HE washer and dryer, ensuring you can keep your clothes fresh and ready for every adventure.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. If your pet is accepted, the pet fee, which covers both hosting and pet cleaning, will be added to the reservation. Some restrictions apply.

Pet Fees:
Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!

Getting around is a breeze with GARAGE parking for two small to mid-size cars and DRIVEWAY parking for up to two vehicles.
NO Recreational Vehicle, Boat, Trailer, or Oversized Vehicle Parking.

New free bus routes have been added, just three minutes away at Richardsons Flat parking. These bus lines run to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30 AM to 11:05 PM. The Silver, Brown, and Grey routes make exploring the area hassle-free. Plan your ride with the “MyStop” app or use the High Valley Transit app for free ride options from the home.
