Beautifully updated 3/3 stilted waterfront home with many extras. The downstairs is fully enclosed and features a large open space used as a game room or gathering room with a full bathroom. Upstairs enjoy the renovated kitchen with granite counter tops and Island breakfast bar. Enjoy the amazing views from the balcony or relax downstairs looking over the canal. Extras include, gas grill, fish/scallop cleaning station, Kayaks, boat dock and more. excellent back water kayaking and close to everything.

Close to everything. Cute property. Lost a star because 1) no wine opener 2) Lamp and/or outlet doesn't work 3) (the big one) the downstairs bathroom floodsfloors

Very clean,quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen ware. We were there for the whole month of February, a great place to stay.

We had to go buy oil for using frying pan, and no soap provided for showers. Basement really didn’t provide anything, really would be great with ping pong table or something to make the space usable. Not connected to main body of water—I thought we’d be able to use kayaks to get to bigger body of water but it’s just swampy marsh. Very mucky water; really didn’t even want to use kayaks. I paid more for this location thinking we would use kayaks in the water, but you wouldn’t want to do that here. Still neat to see the crab in the water—he was big!Definitely recommend Homassass Springs —great value!! Don’t recommend Three Sister Springs—20 per person just to walk trail and see pretty pond with manatees, but same thing at Homosassa Springs with so much more to see for about 1/3 of the price and only 30 minutes apart.
