Quiet location with easy access to Bar Harbor and Acadia NP. Layout is excellent for a family or large group.

This house worked well for our family. The only drawback I can think of is there was three bedrooms upstairs that shared one bath. Seems fine for a family, but maybe not several couples. The location was great. 20 minutes to Acadia national Park and less than 30 minutes to Bar Harbor grocery stores close by for any of your needs.

Visiting Acadia National Park area for first time and arriving May 24 ended up being ideal as trees/flowers were just blooming and travels to and from park areas was simple without tie-ups or delays! This neighborhood is peaceful. The house served my group of 7 beautifully. Each of the 4 adults had their own room! Fire pit area in the back is ideal and private. I hope we are able to return in a few years and do the fun stuff we missed and some new activities the older kids will be able to do.
