This luxe vacation rental is one of five gorgeous townhomes together- In a PRIME LOCATION, only one street over from West End Avenue, which turns into Broadway/Downtown, only a 4 minute Uber ride to all of the Midtown bars and restaurants, and only a block away from beautiful Centennial Park and one of Nashville's most stunning landmarks "The Parthenon"...Doesn't get any better! :) These are upscale, designed to the 9's homes laid out to comfortably to sleep 12 people in 4 magnificent bedrooms! Our favorite part of the house is the open floor plan, which is perfect for gathering, stunning outdoor space, and the soaring ceilings! Large Samsung Smart TVs in EVERY bedroom plus a huge 65" Samsung TV in the living room, with a BOSE sound bar for listening to your favorite playlist!

I can't say enough good things about our stay! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had picked the right place. The location was perfect—close to downtown Nashville, which made it so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.The home was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and so comfortable. Honestly, I was surprised by how nice it was for the price. It truly felt like a home away from home.One of my favorite touches was the welcome goodies waiting for us when we arrived. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel so welcomed.If you're looking for a clean, beautiful place in a great location with a host who goes the extra mile, this is it. I would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to family and friends. Thank you for helping make our Nashville trip even more memorable!

This is our second stay with Lauren, and as always, the property was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The details in the kitchen with snacks, drinks, and coffee pods were so thoughtful.This house is close to everything you want to see and do, including the Centennial Sportsplex if you have an athlete.Thank you so much again, Lauren, I can guarantee that we will be back very soon! Thank you so much again for the wonderful hospitality.
