One side street parking: vehicles are allowed to park on designated sides of the street, as indicated by street signs.
No parking on grass or sidewalks. It is strictly prohibited.
Commercial Vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Windsor Island Resort.
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Request 48 hours in advance.
3-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
4-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
5-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place trash in the bench or bin daily to keep a clean home.
• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. FEES MAY APPLY.
Some resorts may not accept them.

We had an amazing time at this property. It was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and convenient to just about everything. The management team was incredibly polite and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend staying here. We’re already planning another trip back in a few months!

Check-in at the gate was a breeze. Entering the house with the door code was simple. Walking into the home and exploring it was exciting and fun. The home was just as described. The pool was a perfect way to relax after the day traveling. The property had all the comforts of home.

We stayed at this location for 6 days/5 nights & we didn’t want to leave ! The house was just as pictured & Master Vacation Homes left no stones unturned . Everything we needed to make us feel like we were at home was provided . The house was very welcoming , CLEAN, & cozy . I’d certainly stay there or at another one of their properties again . I was so wrapped up in enjoying my stay & our family time that the only photos I have are in my head . Lol .
