Oasi is located on Via Iulia Augusta, the ancient Roman road that crosses the heart of Alassio—one of the most fascinating historic routes on the Ligurian Riviera. This centuries-old street, once traveled by legionaries and merchants, still preserves its original paving and timeless atmosphere, rare to find in such a lively seaside town.

The apartment, on the first floor, is 75 sqm and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in two bedrooms with double beds. From the window, you can enjoy a direct view of the ancient road—a unique blend of history, Ligurian architecture, and Mediterranean light.

For trekking lovers, a picturesque mule track lets you reach the beach on foot in about 15 minutes, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. In another 15 minutes on foot, you reach Piazza Santa Croce, where a bus connection takes you directly to the heart of Alassio. Many guests choose to leave their car parked for the entire stay, moving around exclusively on foot—a winning choice.

The terrace is the perfect place to start your day slowly, enjoying the sea air. Wi-Fi is included for those who want to stay connected during their holiday. Pets are welcome.

Guests leave Oasi with something hard to find elsewhere: silence, peace, Ligurian sunlight, and the warmth of genuine hospitality. Many express the wish to return.
