What a terrific rental home! We will definitely stay there again. The yard is perfect for kids and dogs, and there was no dog poop in the yard when we checked in (which is a rarity in a rental!), so that was awesome. The house was clean and welcoming and the beds were super comfortable. We had a wonderful stay, and enjoyed visiting with our Dayton family. Thank you!

A good location and neighborhood was very quiet. Fenced in yard was perfect for our fur babies. We had to turn the volume up on the TV because the AC was so loud - annoying but not a deal breaker. Owner was quick to respond to several of my questions and to fix the circuit breaker in the kitchen. Definitely will stay again.

The property is very nice, in a quiet neighborhood, but close to many food and shopping options. The yard was a nice size for our dogs to relax and play between adventures. The home is older, World War II era so electrical plugs are limited, and the cabintry and closets are stiff, but these add charm to the home.
