-Maximum Occupancy: 13 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.
-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
-No uninvited guests without permission.

Dolphin Watch is our home away from home every summer vacation. Our extended family of ten has become smaller over the years but we love it still! This year was no exception. The ocean was clear and warm and the house was beautiful and clean as always. I can’t wait to return again!

Came for a short stay after my last high school graduation for one of my kids! I wanted all 5 of them to come and I pay lots of money and they never show! We had lots of bed space anyways! The house overall is good! No storage containers and a few broken chairs but we brought our own! The wood bridge way is very old and has nails sticking out so always wear shoes!

The house was spacious with enough room for three couples and three grandkids. Plenty of room for everyone and a large dining table allowing everyone seating at meal times. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you need to prepare meals. Easy access to the beach and there was a tide pool in the morning that the grandkids could play in without worrying about the undertow. The family had a great time together here And hope to return next year!

Overall, this property was a disappointment. There are multiple maintenance issues that obviously have not been addressed in a very long time. The walkway to the beach literally has nail heads sticking up, rotten, loose boards, a broken gate ,and is probably original to the house which is 20 -30 years old. Handrails were filthy, with peeling paint , carpets inside were heavily stained. The bottom line is the owners of this house put a very small percentage of any of their rental revenue back into maintenance. I could go on, but I think this review demonstrates the point. As for the cleanliness of the property, we knew something was wrong when we could write our name in the top of the dresser in the dust. And there was also visible sand between the washer and dryer. A call to the rental company provided very little concern. And to think that this rental company was offering an Amazon gift card for a five star review!!And to think that this rental company was offering an Amazon gift card for a five star review!!!! sorry we won’t sell our soul for a couple bucks. And anyone who has shame on you.
