The building itself has a few parking spots (first come, first served) or you may park anywhere on the street, there`s always space. Although recommended since Puerto Rico has many wonderful destinations around the island, renting a car is not necessary. Being in a touristic area, Uber access is quick and priced fairly. This building is about 10-15 minutes away from Old San Juan and Condado (popular `downtown-like beach area`). For suggestions on what you should see and do while you`re in town, please review our guidebook.

Quiet hours are in effect from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors and comply with Airbnb policies. Loud noises during this time are prohibited and may result in a fine, being reported, or removal from the property. Please be considerate at all times.
We’re continuously improving our spaces, so while the layout and main features in the photos are accurate, minor decorative or furniture changes may have been made. Any updates are enhancements to your experience.
