A proposito di questa campeggio/ resort per camper struttura in affitto
Location location! If you want to be very close to the river with full access to the park, but not pay to be on the water this is it! This is a two bedroom with one and a half bathrooms on a huge 1/2 acre lot. The huge backyard is completely fenced in and we have a golf cart and kayaks and paddle boards available for your use. Our home is located two blocks from our community park that is located ON THE Rainbow River. The park has a boat ramp, grills, pavilions and a volleyball net. In order to drive to the park you will need a key to the gate. There is no fee unless the key is lost then there is a $300 lost key fee.
The home is fully furnished with two new Queen beds, a twin bed and a super comfy folding twin mattress that can be put in the living room. We have all of the necessary kitchen appliances such as a blender, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes and cookware.
Sit on the front porch and listen to the birds in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We are located one mile away from the popular KP Hole where you can tube or kayak or canoe down the beautiful crystal clear Rainbow River and ten minute from Rainbow River State park!

We had a wonderful experience staying at the rental. The weather was a little finicky while we were there and the house and screened in porch were very comfy. The beds were comfortable, and the house was nice and clean. Over all it was a great stay.

We had such a great time! Our trip started off a little rocky with my husband being sick for the first 3 days so that was a bummer but we still made the best of it. The place was just what we needed for our family of 4 and our dog Caya! Richard and Leslie were amazingly transparent and were so wonderful. We had the pleasure of meeting them. They gave us great suggestions. We enjoyed days on the river. Rowing up the river and then drifting back down. They were so gracious in letting us use their river toys! The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the screened in porch in the mornings and evenings. The backyard was perfect for our frisbee dog Caya! We can’t wait to come back for another visit!

We are very familiar with Dunnellon and the rainbow river. This location is great as it about half-way between KP hole and the pickup location near Swampy's. KP hole charges 30$ per person (I believe) and you have to use their tubes. This neighborhood has great access to the river in their own community park. You can use your own tubes and a have a two-hour ride. The property was perfect for our needs, clean and economical. The hosts were prompt at answering our questions. We will return.
