***Construction Notice: Exterior spall repair and painting work is currently scheduled from 10/13/2026 - 10/23/2026. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests and lanai furniture will be kept inside the condo. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. You may also hear construction noise during work hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change & we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule. The project is expected to be completed in June 2027

CONDO AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi.
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with four sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Fitness center access is available for a fee.
