I feel the property was in a bit of disrepair. Outside deck has gross bbq we did not use. Deck only accommodates 4 ppl.

Great place to stay within a short walk of the downtown area. We had 9 people but we were spread out enough that we didn’t feel like we were right on top of each other. Would highly recommend for a nice stay in Avalon!

We enjoyed our stay. The trash located in the rear alley was full when we got there and when we opened the back door it smelled really bad.
Sleeping was ok but two of the beds were trundle beds that were more like a mattress on the floor. Most of the pans in the cupboard have seen better days.
