You'll love this beautiful 4 Bedroom / 6 Bath home that sleeps up to 18, and includes your own PRIVATE Splash Pad, with access to 3 resort pools, a waterpark, lazy river, 2 huge hot tubs, a nearby park, pickleball, and many other great amenities! The spacious open floor plan, with a large family room on each level and adjoining patios, allows plenty of room for couples, families, and friends to spread out, visit, and relax after a full day of having fun in sunny St. George!
The large modern kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for your home away from home, while the adjoining dining area has seating for 18, plus booster seats for the youngest guests. The covered patio comes equipped with a table, seating for 8, and a gas barbecue grill, creating a great place for your family to dine together or spend an evening playing family games. The other covered patio in this home is upstairs, where one can sink into comfortable seating and take in the gorgeous views of the red rock mountains (especially magical during sunrise). The sleeping accommodations start with FOUR (4) master bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the main level (with a disability-accessible entrance, room, & shower), while the other three bedrooms are upstairs. Two of the master bedrooms (including the main level) are furnished with King beds.

The check-in process was concerning at first because we got to the property at 3:15 and check-in was supposed to be available at 4:00pm but the house was still uncleaned, so we waited until 4pm and were still unable to go into the house because the cleaner was there. We left and came back at 7:30pm and it was available and clean and smooth sailing from there. Overall, a great property for three families and good location to what we needed.

Perfect for families! Host was very communicative. The house is well stocked and we felt like we had everything we needed!

When we got to the house it was very dirty. The countertops had food crumbs all over it, the door knobs were sticky, and had black on it, the floor hadn’t been swept, a lot of dishes were dirty in the cupboard, and the blankets were very dirty. We had to do a lot of cleaning when we got there even though a cleaning service came in. The pool was awesome though!! The property manager was very quick to communicate when we needed something! I would stay in that neighborhood again, just not that house.
