Living the dream in Naples Park – perfect family getaway for six!
Just imagine spending the next vacation in your dream home, only minutes from Florida's most coveted coastline. This full-size three-bedroom, two-bath family home has it all. From its unbeatable location less than two blocks from the turquoise waters and powder-soft sands of Vanderbilt Beach and Bay to its delightful Lanai-enclosed swimming pool and spacious open floor plan, you can bring the whole family and still have plenty of space for R&R.
Each room is bright, fresh, and immaculately clean with brand new furnishings. Choose from two master suites. The first boasts a fabulous King size bed and a gorgeous ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Or opt for Master Suite #2 with a king-size bed and a fully furnished poolside dayroom. Bedroom three has two twin beds and an adjacent full bath, perfect for the kids or a pair of friends.
Spending quality time with family and friends is guaranteed; whether you're splashing in the pool, watching a movie in the front den, or playing a game of cards in the living room overlooking the garden. Enjoy cooking and dining together, too. This home has a gas grill outdoors and a fully equipped kitchen indoors with state-of-the-art appliances, tons of closet and counter space, a chic dining space, and a beautiful granite-topped island/breakfast bar waiting for aperitifs and cocktails in the evening or pancake breakfasts before a day at the beach.

The house was nicely decorated, king and queen beds were very comfortable, twin beds a bit firm. Pool was great and heated to a warm temp. Had a decent area outside of pool cage for dogs. Area was nice and quiet. Super close to Vanderbilt beach which has a garage for parking, a bit to bike but doable. 3 bikes, 4 beach chairs, and other floats, cooler in garage. Living space was very comfortable and used the front room as a workspace. Smart TVs in all rooms and patio. Very safe area with plenty of restaurants, grocery (Publix, Whole Market and Trader Joe’s) and shopping all very close. If you bring a dog, go to Bonita Dog Beach. A treat for all, especially the dog.

The location was perfect for shopping, eating and walking to the beach. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. Owner and management company were very responsive and easy to work with.

We had a very nice time. House was very comfortable. The pool seemed to have some issues which were attended to. However, filter was still not running on schedule and the water was cold. Some new king size pillows would be helpful for the master bedroom along with sheets and mattress covers without marks or stains. Large cooking pot needs to be replaced (I wouldn’t even use it). Only 3 wineglasses in the house. Nice neighborhood.
