Renovated with care to preserve its Périgord style, the house features tasteful furnishings, a warm ambiance, and a splendid rose garden. The private swimming pool, bordered by conifers, offers a serene escape, while the large terrace and shaded lime tree invite relaxed afternoons and cozy evenings. Families will love the spacious lawn perfect for football, the table tennis setup, and the child-friendly play area. An electric griddle is available at the property. The friendly owners, living nearby, are discreet and happy to share local tips. With no vis-à-vis, guests enjoy privacy while the owners occasionally use the pool when guests are away. The forest is just 200 meters away, and the picturesque village of St. Léon-sur-Vézère-one of France's most beautiful-is a short walk for dining and daily essentials. Nearby attractions include the dramatic Marqueyssac Gardens, the imaginative Jardins de l'Imaginaire, and the serene Eyrignac Manor gardens. For the price, this place is a steal. The pool and rose garden were highlights during our stay. It's cozy but spacious enough for our family to enjoy together.

The moment we arrived, the beautiful rose garden caught our eyes. Our kids loved playing on the lawn while we lounged by the pool in the afternoons. We made great memories with evening BBQs on the terrace under the lime tree. Everything felt just right from start to finish, making it hard to leave.

Nice and clean villa and well equipped. Location is as described. Only issues are that the pool is shared and guest hours are 10am - 7pm which is not mentioned in the description. In addition, there is no aircon or fans for the bedrooms and it can get very hot. However, owners are very welcoming and on site if any help is required.
